Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Common issues and fixes:
- Policy Denied → Check policy rules, time windows
- HSM Unavailable → View
/actuator/health/hsm - Invalid Digest → Recompute hash, ensure algo match
- Queue Stuck → Check RabbitMQ status
- Approval Pending → Notify approvers
- Enable DEBUG logging for details
If problems persist, gather logs (API requests, worker logs, HSM diagnostics) and open a ticket with the collected artifacts.
