Troubleshooting

Common issues and fixes:

  • Policy Denied → Check policy rules, time windows
  • HSM Unavailable → View /actuator/health/hsm
  • Invalid Digest → Recompute hash, ensure algo match
  • Queue Stuck → Check RabbitMQ status
  • Approval Pending → Notify approvers
  • Enable DEBUG logging for details

If problems persist, gather logs (API requests, worker logs, HSM diagnostics) and open a ticket with the collected artifacts.
