Reports
Section titled “Reports”The Reports section enables on-demand generation and export of operational and compliance reports across signing activity, key inventory, certificate lifecycle, and agent health.
Generate Report
Section titled “Generate Report”To create a report:
- Select Report Type
- Choose Date Range
- Click Generate Report
- Optionally export as CSV or PDF
Available actions:
- Generate Report – Render report in platform
- Export CSV – Structured data export
- Export PDF – Formatted compliance-ready report
Available Report Types

The platform currently supports:
- Signing Activity Report
- Key Inventory Report
- Certificate Inventory Report

Each report focuses on a specific operational or governance dimension.
Signing Activity Report
Section titled “Signing Activity Report”
The Signing Activity Report provides a complete view of signing operations within the selected date range.
Report Header
Section titled “Report Header”- Report generation timestamp
- Applied filters

Summary Section
Section titled “Summary Section”High-level metrics include:
- Total Requests
- Successful Signings
- Failed Signings
- Denied Requests
- Average Signing Time
This provides immediate operational health visibility.
Detailed Signing Requests
Section titled “Detailed Signing Requests”The detailed table includes:
- Request ID
- Application
- Certificate
- User
- Digest Algorithm
- Status (Signed / Denied / Pending)
- Created At
- Completed At
- Agent Used
This supports:
- Operational troubleshooting
- Audit evidence
- Policy enforcement verification
- Forensic investigation
Key Inventory Report
Section titled “Key Inventory Report”Provides visibility into:
- Active keys
- Revoked keys
- Rotated keys
- Key usage statistics
Used for lifecycle governance and compliance audits.
Certificate Reports
